1. Purpose of the platform
The platform provides general information about the Council, the bilateral investment pipeline between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, news, events, and channels for investors and partners to express interest.
2. Account responsibilities
Investors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity occurring under their account. Notify the Secretariat immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Information accuracy
Project information is published in good faith based on data from sponsoring ministries and partner companies. Figures, regulatory references, and incentives may change without notice. Always verify directly with the named project sponsor before making investment decisions.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access non-public sections without authorisation, to scrape content for commercial redistribution, or to submit false information.
5. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. The Council is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on published information. See also the Investment Disclaimer.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with respect to the Council’s registered presence in Tashkent. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties and the Council Secretariat.
